Press and hold the end button at the bottom of the focus screen. Canceling within the first 20 seconds uses no film and creates no focus record. After that, ending a timed session before the countdown finishes, or a free focus session before 5 minutes, leaves a discarded film and earns no moment.

Complete a timed focus session, or end a free focus session after at least 5 minutes of focus, to receive a random moment from your current scene. You may receive duplicates. Their films are kept, but duplicates do not increase the number of unique moments in your collection.

Total focus time includes only completed focus sessions. Breaks and pauses are excluded. Sessions ended before meeting the completion requirements remain in your records, but do not count toward completed focus time.

iCloud sync does not require Pro. Enable it in Settings → Data Sync. It syncs focus records and notes, tags, films, collected moments, and the moments selected for display in your room. When you first enable sync, local and cloud data are merged. Existing moments are not drawn again.

Check that your devices use the same iCloud account, have an internet connection, and each have iCloud Sync enabled in the app. You can check the sync status in Settings. If you see “Check iCloud Settings”, follow the instructions shown. Turning sync off stops automatic syncing without deleting existing data.
